Fall lineup ATP and WTA, USA and Europe

 Fall Tournaments, Sept. 27 – Oct. 3, 2021

WTA 500 - Chicago Fall Tennis Classic, Chicago, USA
WTA 250 - Astana Open, Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan
ATP 250 - San Diego Open, San Diego, USA
ATP 250 - Sofia Open, Sofia, Bulgaria

Fall or almost fall is here. You can already feel the coolness or a hint of coolness in the early mornings and late evenings. We had the sedate days of Wimbledon and then the grand finale of slams in frenetic New York…And oh by the way there was this thing called uhmmm European Cup Laver Cup..did I hear a splat??? I have this image of long arms and legs flying all over the place ….and I hear the constant howls from some MCMers as they swallow tums or wine/beer, popcorn? after screaming at their TV’s....I distinctly remember Hartt saying she was in tears or near tears after the first drop shot from Shappy er dropped....All the while the Maestro quietly blesses us with his presence....

Sigh! There is a sense that things are slowing down although am not sure that applies to the tennis world. Let’s see what tennis delights are in store for us with the beginning of this fall tennis line up…..
