This is a combined event, with ATP and WTA players taking part. Eighteen countries are divided into 6 groups of 3 for the round-robin portion. The top 4 countries advance to the SFs and then the final in Sydney. Each tie has 1 ATP singles match, 1 WTA singles match, and 1 mixed doubles match.
2025 champions: The USA, led by Taylor Fritz and Coco Gauff, defeated Poland.
